3 Bedroom Villas in Cyprus
Perhaps the most popular of all the Cyprus villa options are the 3 bedroom villas in Cyprus for rent. Built to traditionally sleep 6 holiday makers, the three bedroom layouts suits groups and/or families on holiday. The cost per head on these villas in Cyprus is also going to come in at the mid range price slot and normally well below the cost per head in a Cyprus Luxury Hotel
That is why we normally put alot of emphasis on ensuring we have adequate stock of 3 bedroom villas in Cyprus for rent for our online guests. Agios has enjoyed alot of attention to it’s beach front range of villas in Paphos – these are some of the most exquisite villas on the rental market in Cyprus.
The three bedroom villas are therefore out biggest selling product and generally get booked well in advance. We therefore advise anyone considering a holiday to Cyprus to shift gear and book as soon as possible. Whilst we do make alot of noise about our Aphrodite Hills Villas but in terms of the best Cyprus Weddings the 3 bedroom beach options are generally the better option.
Another thing we tend to do it concentrate on villas that are close to all amenities, as well as the airport. Ok, so some of the 3 bedroom villas we have have a secluded flavour to them like our villas in Argaka but for the better part we try to keep you close to everything, but also far away from it all to enjoy a private holiday in Cyprus.
Best of luck hunting for your next holiday, we hope it’s in Cyprus and we hope it’s with us.
Cyprus villas
8 years ago Agios was born and with it a raft of new concepts that have become mainstay features on many cyprus villas websites.
From virtual tours, interactive google maps to better photos, users enjoyed a better experience online.
What we are now in the process of cooking up in the lab will not be so easily replicated by competition websites, the aim of this tool is to make our villas in cyprus website a completely different user experience altogether.
We are about to launch our first mobile application that will give customers one of the most powerful tools out there to find places of interest, restaurants and reviews, point to point driving directions, distances, golf booking functionality and a plethora of other features that amount to customers having a panel of experts on cyprus, right on their mobile devices.
Welcome to another future.
Villas in Cyprus
There are a few different options when scouring the internet for villas in Cyprus for you to choose from so let’s go through the options.
Aphrodite Hills
This is perhaps one of the most popular destinations on the island when it comes to villa rentals. With their new contemporary designs, large gardens, heated swimming pools and proximity to the golf course and villas square amenities, there are many reasons why this resort is a priority on many peoples search lists.
One of the added benefits of Aphrodite Hills is that it is only 12 mins drive from Paphos airport. Added benefits include restaurants and mini supermarket on-site as well as a spa and tennis academy.
The biggest selling point is the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club.
Pissouri
A very scenic location in Cyprus, Pissouri is our personal favourite. It is a quiet, stunning location with a lovely beach, perfect for the family holidays. The bay and village itself of course boast a selection of restaurants to choose from and we highly recommend visiting this area of Cyprus even if not booking a villa here.
Coral Bay Paphos
This is mainstream Paphos, being a seaside town it is going to be very popular with tourists. Agios does boast an extensive range of beachside holiday villas in the Paphos and Coral Bay areas. Most properties are within a few meters of the sea, one particular project is our absolute favourite – beach villas in Cyprus

6 bedroom villas in cyprus
Getting your hands on 6 bedroom villas in cyprus when taking a holiday to the island is akin to finding snow in africa, rare but happens.
When you do find a villa with 6 bedrooms however, generally speaking, you have something that is of a fairly high standard.
Agios does enjoy having a presence on Aphrodite Hills as the 6 bedroom villas on this resort are magnificent. Boasting new build, contemporary design, sea views and easy acccess to amenities, these villas are quite literally the creme of the crop.
The really great thing about these villas is that they are
very economical per head, much cheaper than a hotel. Another handy thing is theu are great for geoups attending weddings in cyprus
Indeed many of the customers we have staying with us in these larger villas often return to the island regularly. These holidays appear to create a good villa experience for customers, and we hope you will enjoy a similar experience too.

Cyprus Hotels
Cyprus hotels, pretty much like all other hotels globally are fairly numb in the way they present information on the larger hotel booking sites. Agios is pleased to announce the imminent launch of its hotel section on www.rentcyprus.co.uk
Part of the Agios strategy has been to present holiday accommodation in as much clarity and detail as possible.
From villas in Cyprus, to restaurant guides to Cyprus wedding information and on to hotels, we continue to bring our users the ultimate online user experience.

Cyprus Property in the Heart of Wine Country
Minthis Hills Property in Cyprus – Reviews wines in Cyprus – 23 September 2010 – Cyprus Property Developer.
Minthis Hills (www.minthishills.com) is in the heart of the wine producing area around Pafos, where many excellent red, white and rose wines are produced. Owners will be able to rent vineyards on the resort to make their own wine and large areas have been set aside for this purpose.
For those of you wishing to sample some of the wines in the area, the closest to Minthis, Tsalapatis has a lovely Sauvignon Blanc, as well as a number of good reds and rose wines that merit a trip to the winery for a wine tasting. Another winery, currently growing organic as well as traditional wines which is growing in reputation is Tsangarides Winery in Lemona village, slightly further away. The Cyprus Tourist Board has created a number of wine routes for those of you wishing to do a complete wine tour, though we would advise not driving yourselves!
Cyprus has the oldest wine in the world that is still in production, Commanderia or Commandaria. It’s not one for purists and is really more akin to a fortified wine – excellent for cooking, but it has a long history going back supposedly around 4000 years, when Homer mentions a sweet wine produced in Cyprus.
It is made from the local Cyprus mavro and xinisteri grapes and its name derives from the Gran Commanderie, an area surrounding Kolossi Castle which can be found just west of Limassol. The Castle was the Commanderia or headquarters of the Knights Templars in the 12th Century. The wine was consumed locally, supposedly by the Knights and also exported to many European Royal Courts. Legend has it that, during his Marriage with Berengaria, in the 12th century Richard the Lionheart pronounced Commandaria to be the “wine of the kings and the king of the wines”
